Abstract
CMC Connect has a very clear vision, to become the best public relations firm in West Africa. The Managing Director (MD), Yomi Badejo-Okusanya, uses every opportunity to share his vision with the employees: (1) meetings; (2) training programmes; (3) the company theme song; and (4) monthly aerobics exercises, etc. However, he is concerned that the company vision is not being realised. The case presents the challenges of realising the vision from the perspective of the MD and the employees. The learning objective is to explore the factors that get in the way of actualising the company vision.
