Abstract
The Lagos State Water Corporation embarks on a process of becoming financially self-sufficient and introduces IT (information technology) solutions to streamline processes. This case illustrates the challenges of managing change in a public corporation and it particularly addresses issues of leadership in re-engineering processes and managing the implementation of application software packages.
