Summary/
Abstract
This short case is one of a mini-series of practical exercises in persuasive oral presentations. The back-office staff of a bank are disgruntled because the current profit-sharing scheme favours the front-office staff, and many competent people have been resigning. After investigating the problem and identifying two possible alternative solutions, the students have to propose their preferred solution to top management. The objective is to prepare and deliver a persuasive presentation to an open-minded, undecided audience concerned about efficiency and effectiveness.
