Abstract
Abstract
The UN are a typical example of a global organisation with a complex politised and siloed structure. How does one make the parts collaborate? How does one affect change and performance improvement when one does not have formal authority? The teaching objective is to show how to affect change and obtain results in a complex global organisation without formal authority.
