Summary/
Abstract
This is the second of a two-case series. After providing a brief summary of case (A), case (B) relates Obi's decision to resign and to take on the challenges she faces in her new job. Highly successful professionally, she has to dedicate more and more time to her job, to the detriment of her family. The case focuses on the work-family interface, with a flashback on Obi's previous job and the time she was also engaged in part-time studies. The objectives of the case are to make participants reflect on their priorities in life and clarify their life goals, to challenge the traditional division of tasks between men and women and to suggest ways in which a couple with children can organise their work-family interface.
