Summary/
Abstract
This case describes the circumstances that led to the adoption of briefing sessions for employees at all levels in a manufacturing concern, and how these briefing sessions are conducted. The main objective from the point of view of the HR Director is to assess the effectiveness of this employee communication system in achieving its purpose. Participants are led to ask themselves what this purpose truly is, and to examine the characteristics of good employee communication.
