This is the first of a two-case series. The case is useful for a Strategy course or a HR Management course. The main objective of Part I is to examine the fit between the HR strategy and the business strategy. The objective of Part II is to get participants to critically evaluate Paragon's personnel policies, discuss their likely impact on performance and work on revising the policies.
