Abstract
The case tells of the inaugural meeting of the new Executive committee of the Old Girls Association of a renown secondary school. As the members tell their experiences in trying to harmonize professional and family life, the president wonders: How had things ended up this way? Was this even legal? Are there no laws against this type of thing? Where could one start to make a change? Would this not be a more fitting programme for the new executive to pursue? Where could one find best practices to adopt here?
