Summary/
Abstract
A young man came back from England to work in his father’s business. He was quick to see an urgent need for change in the way the company was run. The number of family members working in the company created an unprofessional atmosphere leading to inefficiencies and wastages. It was going to be an onerous task to change things especially as he was younger than most of the employed relatives, and in African tradition, younger people are supposed to revere their elders and be submissive to them. He was not afraid to take unpopular measures. He also had to map out a strategy for the future.
