Jumai Dongtoe, the Human Resources Manager of Populace Bank, was confused. Within the last month over 60 people had resigned from the Bank. Five branches were without a branch manager. The former MD was taking all the good people to join him in his new job as CEO of a competing Bank. The new MD wanted these positions filled within two weeks. Jumai knew that the fastest time they had done recruitment in the past was one month. But then, only a few positions were involved. How could she possibly meet the target?
