Accommodation at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is included in the Forum registration fee except for Local Registration Package.
Transportation
Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own international and domestic travel, including transportation to and from Zimbabwe and transfers between the airport and the hotel. Information on recommended airport shuttle services and transfer options will be shared closer to the event.
Visa Information
- AABS' policy requires all participants to be registered and have completed full payment before a visa support letter can be issued.
- If you are eligible to apply for a Zimbabwe e-Visa, you may submit your application through the official Zimbabwe e-Visa Portal.
- If you are not eligible for an e-Visa, please contact the nearest Zimbabwe Embassy or Consulate in your country for visa application requirements.
Important Information
- Registration fees include accommodation for the applicable number of nights except for Local Registration Package. Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own international and domestic travel, including transportation to and from Zimbabwe and transfers between the airport and the hotel.
- Early Bird rates are valid until 31 August 2026. Standard rates apply from 1 September 2026.
