Nobel International Business School Joins AABS

Publish date:2017-08-30

AABS is pleased to welcome its latest member to join the Association, Nobel International Business School (NiBS).

Founded in Ghana in 2015 as a research-oriented graduate business school, NiBS is poised to become Africa’s premier doctoral school. It aims to make a difference with a new kind of educational model designed to meet the needs of executives, employees and employers in West Africa.

Director of Graduate Programmes and Assistant Professor of Economics & Entrepreneurship, Dr Hod Kojo Anyigba, said NiBS is trilled to be a part of AABS.

“As part of NiBS's vision of becoming a leading business school in Africa, we strive to develop strategic partners and key stakeholders to properly charter that course”, he said.

NIBS’s approach is designed around candidates to account for the peculiar needs, problems and opportunities in business education in the African context. The school develops, educates and trains business professionals and faculty throughout their careers with a spectrum of programmes at doctoral and executive education levels, as well as other specialised programmes.

Affiliated partners of the institution are Swiss Business School, Zurich, Switzerland and Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

NiBS becomes the third Ghanaian institution to join AABS. The Association currently has 45 members spread over 12 countries in Africa.
